Successful Habits of Visionary Companies
James C. Collins and Jerry I. Porras
HarperBusiness, 1994
LEARNING OBJECTIVES: Readers of this book should understand the characteristics of what the authors call 'visionary companies': enduring, great companies, rooted in a set of timeless core values, that exist for a purpose beyond just making money, and that stand the test of time by virtue of the ability to renew themselves continually from within. Readers will learn how to be helpful at companies in transition by using these concepts to bring about productive change.
